reservation info & policies

The seasonal nature of our business requires that we have a well defined reservation policy.  We appreciate our guests understanding and abiding by the following policy:

DEPOSITS

A $250.00 deposit is required for a reservation.  After making a reservation, you will receive a reservation form with scheduled dates.  It is to be signed and returned with your check or money order for the amount of deposit.

CANCELLATIONS

Deposit refunds will be given if cancellation is made 60 days or more before the arrival date.

You are required to pay for each day reserved even if you do not use all your reserved days.

PAYMENT

Balance of payment is due at check-in.  Cash, personal check or Travelers Checks are preferred, although Visa, MC and Discover Card are gladly accepted.

CHECK-IN

Check-in time is no earlier than 4:00 p.m.   If you plan to arrive after 8:00 p.m., please let us know.

CHECK-OUT

Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.  Please respect our check-out time - our cleaning schedule depends on it.

CABIN CAPACITIES

We allow up to 6 people in cabins 2 & 3, and up to 4 people in cabin 4. 

  We are a non-smoking facility.

Sorry - no pets allowed.
